Late night special?
1⃣ Start with a dry nude base. I used OPI "Don't Burst My Bubble"?
2⃣ To make the neon glitters pop I sponged white onto my tips. After prepping with @minimanimoonails Mess No More liquid latex, I painted my gradient colors onto a latex free makeup sponge and dabbed the polish onto my nails (repeat 2-3 times until opaque)
3⃣ Clean around your cuticles. I just peeled away the @minimanimoonails latex?
4⃣ Paint neon glitter polish (mine is @polishmesilly2 Troublemaker) onto the corner of a sponge and dab the glitter onto your tips
5⃣ If there are any empty spaces, pick up glitters with a toothpick and place them where needed?
6⃣ Add topcoat. I use Seche Vite✨
