Some good vibes sent to Ortlieb customer service: "Hi, I splurged and bought a zippered drybag before my trip down the Grand Canyon in June. I loved the ease of it the whole trip, but I had no idea how dry it would actually stay if submerged. Well, I got a chance to find out when we flipped in Lava Falls Rapid and were not able to right the boat until after the next rapid down. Every other bag and dry box on our boat had at least a tiny bit of water in it, but not my zippered Ortlieb! It was 100% dry! I was so happy... Thanks for a great product! Nina"
