来週の日曜-26日二子玉川のTHE NORTH FACE STANDARDで「身体で感じる食し方」についてお話しします。
長年付き合いがあるトップアスリートからの影響や自分の身体を実験台に培った健康に対する意識と食べ方を皆さまとシェアーしたい。現代の食生活に生きる皆さまの「身体の悲鳴」に耳を傾け、「身体が喜ぶ食生活」を心がけるきっかけになったら幸いと思って企画しました。

Next Sunday 26th of July I am going to have small talk show about How to "Eat RaD". I have this program going called @eatriderad , its an educational and inspiring program about eat clean to maximize the human body function to bring in the mountain or ocean or skate spot for kids. This is my next passion and this talk show is the 1st job offer, I am stoked?
