I, THANK ME

I recently got over a strep throat and it made me realize how we can take advantage of our own health sometimes.
This inspired me to start hitting the gym more often and eating super healthy. I'm really thankful for my health and well being.
Having people around you who motivate and encourage is the way to go. Me, @andreysmygov, & @tonyspitz have recently been pushing and inspiring each other to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Can't wait to get in the gym with them tomorrow AM.
