We are travelling around Wyoming, South Dakota, and Montana making portraits, and landscapes of my favorite Western roadtrip loops! Check out his stream to see the images over the coming weeks! This experiment between Hawkeye and I is not about making perfect pictures, it is a parent/child exercise that any family can do. A camera can be a tool to teach our children new ways to see the world, and new ways to interact with people we would not normally meet. So often we move through the world with blinders on seeing only the people and things we plan on seeing, unable to turn to the side and share a conversation with the people all around us. On this trip we try our best to stop and talk to these people. Through these interactions I hope that Hawkeye will come to understand the incredible diversity of our world, hopefully igniting a spark of curiosity that will continue through the rest of his life.
