So thrilled to master choux pastry to successfully bake these cookie cream puffs!
Thanks to The Providore @theprovidore a gourmet grocer that just had launched their cooking studio at Pasarbella in June with two very good and experienced Japanese residential instructors (unlike some studios I have been to)
Mayumi sensei's class was an absolute joy to attend and these cream puffs and lychee jellies were so yummy!
