A 92 C&J before Miami. Cleans have always been my nemesis...i am finally consistent in the low 90s when i push the Clean & Jerk... I hit 95 (very ugly and kind of a fluke) in November right before i got pneumonia before AO, then got hurt and was out for 3 months... i am SO close to passing my old training best. I still am a little slow transitioning from the top of my extension to pulling under, but i can't thank my coach @bakernator105 enough for mainly helping me overcome my fear of the clean...i did not tell him of my extreme fear until after it was completely gone...it was a battle i had to fight through in my own head but i couldn't have done it without him helping me start over from scratch with my technique. Not even 4 months ago the most i was cleaning was 75kg. Strength comes from struggle. #weightlifting
