Andy Miyares has two passions: swimming and @SpecialOlympics. He has competed since he was 6 years old and holds several world records, including the 1,500 meter freestyle swim. Andy also teaches youth swimming lessons and advocates for athletes with disabilities everywhere. Andy says, “Sports has given me the ability to know that I can do anything I want to do.” In Los Angeles, he wants to once again do his best.
