Every Monday we'll be talking about a favorite product and #HowItGetsMade. Today we're looking at our Pure Color Envy Lipstick:

We surveyed over 500 women around the world to find out exactly what they wanted in a lipstick before developing #LipstickEnvy. Turns out it all comes down to: great color impact, moisturizing texture, lasting wear. It then took us over 2 years to finalize the formula. We have to say though, it was worth the wait. ??❤️
