- Ostrich dads use their massive wings to protect their chicks from predators and to shield them from the elements.
- Phantasmal Frog dads carry their tadpoles on their backs!
- Seahorse Dads carry fertilized eggs in the brood pouch. After two weeks, the fully formed juveniles emerge.
