In my journey over the last few years of trying to figure out this crazy thing called life,
Ive learned a lot about myself which led me to ultimately discover my passion with fitness. In the process, I had to make some major life changes... moving over 1,200 miles to a state that I've had no past desire to live, ending unhealthy relationships that held be back and following my dreams with my heart on my sleeve. No longer suppressed by someone else’s ideas of how things “ought to be,” .... Passionately, I will continue down this path. Giving everyday better than my last. The more I focus on my own voice and the voices of encouraging friends, the more I've grown to believe in myself. Engraved with a mindset of never allowing myself to fail and with strong faith, I found the light inside of me to bring forward the resiliency that lay dormant.

Finding the right direction may require the journey of a lifetime, I do believe that there is one direction that we are all meant to go and that's forward.
