This is HEP FIVE. It really stands out in the Umeda skyline... I think it's because of the giant red Ferris wheel on top!
It's a famous meeting place in Osaka- it's easy to find, there are lots of stores, restaurants, & entertainment inside. And there's a great view from the top!
