Try this meal replacement shake for those days when you're just too busy to cook but have goals to meet so you can't cheat!
-6 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
-one scoop of protein powder (I use Growing Naturals brown rice protein)
-1 handful of spinach
-1 carrot
-1/2 cup of blue berries
-2 tbsp of oats
-1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
