Lieutenant Commander Christopher Götke with his Air Force Cross, awarded to him at an #Investiture by The Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.

Lt Cdr Götke was honoured for displaying great courage and extraordinary instinctive flying skills to safely land an historically important aircraft which had suffered complete engine failure during a flight display.
