My work grew larger in scale over the years, to offset me being short in the art world as a minority Asian. It was a tool to amplify what I needed to speak.

アメリカで活動してゆく中で表現領域が確立できなかったことがきっかけで街自体をキャンバスとすることからすべてが始まった。今ではその時期に培った身体性が大きな自分の地盤となったように感じる。NYに育てられたこの感覚を母国で紹介。
