My name is Pedro Moya, and I am dedicated to creating content about running, inspiring others, analyzing running equipment, sharing experiences and showing the benefits of an active lifestyle and training. I am not an elite athlete – this is just how I express myself. In 2011, I decided to start a blog to anonymously share my story, my experiences and my training. I never could’ve imagined that this modest corner of the internet would become a source of inspiration for runners around the world. The evolution of ‘Palabra de Runner’ has taught me that running is much more than races and times; It is a way of life that can transform us. Consistent training not only improves physical health, but also strengthens the mind and spirit. My favorite distance is the Marathon, and my love for it goes beyond the distance. There is something mystical about the marathon in the way the race challenges you, how it makes you face your limits and how it pushes you beyond them. Whatever the result on race day, the journey to get there has always been worth it. My goal is to complete all of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, starting with Berlin 2023, and share them with my community.
