高橋メアリージュンさんのインスタグラム動画 - (高橋メアリージュンInstagram)「@milcentro ペルーのクスコから車で1時間半。アンデス山脈の中にある大迫力のモレイ(インカ遺跡)の目の前に佇む秘境中の秘境のレストラン【Mil】先日、　@theworlds50best という世界のレストランのランキング1位をとった @centralrest (セントラル) の姉妹店。モレイの迫力から始まり、店内で体感する音楽や香り、食感や味、、五感がまるで違う惑星にやって来たかのよう。た、たのしい…！標高4000m以上のところで採られた植物などを頂いたり貴重な体験。私もそうですが、標高が高いので体調が普段とは違う方が多いのでそういった事も考慮されて高山病予防のお茶を出して頂いたり、(ペルーでしか飲めないやつ) 食事量も下界(笑)にいる時より少なめに。私は先日のCentralでのフルアルコールペアリングでとても酔ったのもあって今回はノンアルペアリングで。シンプルに合うーって詳しくない私でも思いました^ ^ なかなかできない体験をさせて頂き本当に感謝です。 #latinamerica50best #天界レストラン ----------------------------------------------------------- @milcentro An hour and a half drive from Cusco, Peru. It's a valuable experience to eat plants grown at an altitude of 4000m or more. Since the altitude's high, there're many people who are in different physical conditions than usual, so taking that into consideration, they gave me original tea to prevent altitude sickness (the one that can only be drunk in Peru). The amount of food I ate was also less than when I was in the lower world (haha) I was very drunk at the full alcohol pairing at Central the other day, so this time I chose non-alcoholic pairing. It was amazing!!!
