I was so touched by the incredible questions and meeting so many of you. You are all so bright and wonderful. I was glad to see so many diverse faces (despite it being exam term)! Wandering the streets of Cambridge (so much has changed!) and thinking back on how formative those 3 years were for me was really emotional as I didnt always have the best time there. A lot I would have done differently, a lot maybe due to the times, but still - it did make me realise that a big part of me was formed there. If I hadn’t gone, I dont think I would be writing this kind of music now. I met my chosen family there. I found my queerness there. I found the things I want to stand for there. Anyway, what a touching trip !!!! It’s been the best end to my almost 2 month long break from work. Ready to start rehearsing for the Reloaded tour and festival shows! I’m nervous and excited!!
