I few years back I had the opportunity to work on a story for @ナショナルジオグラフィック on Healing the Human Heart. While working with the uncompromising @kurtmutchler, my editor on the story, we located a human heart stored in a glass jar at the @muttermuseum in Philadelphia, Pa. Thinking that this could make a good cover for the magazine, I went and shot the heart with a few different looks. The ancient Greeks believed that the center of love & emotion was the liver, I am not sure if it is the heart liver or brain, I’m not sure of any of that, but I do know that the heart made an elegant cover for our story.
