I woke up today feeling grateful. Grateful for the love I have for my family and for the time I have to learn a new skill under quarantine. There are ups and downs, but in the end, it's up to you to stand tall or fall short. ⁠

Here are some things I do to help me mentally:⁠

1. Count your blessings and write them down⁠

2. Workout for at least 15 minutes. You don't have to sweat. Just get your heart pumping.⁠

3. Check in on a loved one. Call or text them. ⁠

4. Learn something new. It be as simple as a new vocabulary word or easy cooking recipe.⁠

5. Coffee or tea time outside. ⁠

6. Avoid wearing pajamas all day (I must admit, there have been days where I didn't change out of my PJs but once in a while is okay. Lol)⁠
